Business process and reporting analyst (part-time @50%) - P&C Severance Operations 

Support Severance Operations and Reporting activities 
1. Run Bargaining Unit severance canvass operations 
a. HR Operations and process administration 
b. Administrative support 
c. Project and operations planning 
d. Managing stakeholders (HR business partners, COEs and management groups) 
e. Understanding and analysis of policy guidelines 
f. Administrative and operational excellence 
2. Develop, run and generate reporting 
a. Excel, MS Access 
b. SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services 
c. SharePoint, MS Outlook and office tools 
d. High aptitude for technical and programming skills 
3. Analyse data and Provide Management Reporting and Insight 
a. Provide regular cadence reporting/dashboards to senior management 
b. Analyse data to provide insights and commentary in reporting 
4. Recommend and/or implement process improvements

Must to have skills: (please at least 3 skills/exp):
1. Analytics and Reporting (e.g. preparing reports for executives including slides and formatted standard reports) – someone who has had good exposure to providing executive reporting and preparing slides for executives along with the reporting.
2. Operations and Project Management (managing and executing operations and procedures)
3. Advanced Excel, SQL programming, creating reports in SQL Server Reporting Services, High aptitude and openness to learn or support some programming requirements

1. MS Access Programming
2. Advanced VB and VB Macro
3. Tableau & data visualization
