Customer Success Associate - Enterprise Accounts

Job Overview:

automating repetitive tasks. As a key player, you are our link between our customers
and the internal team. In this role, you will ensure there is a healthy and growing
business relationship with UXPLORE leads and clients. You will accomplish this by
leading initiatives that support the pre-sales process all the way to eventual production
deployment and account management. The ideal candidate would thrive in a fast
paced environment with frequent client interactions, where the only constant is change
& variety with teamwork being a critical success factor. Each day for you would be
different - you will wear many different hats - one day you are a product expert and
UXPLORE evangelist and another day you are in the trenches to drive resolution of a
customer facing issue.

What you’ll do:

● Understanding clients and their current & potential use of the UXPLORE
automation platform
● Develop product expertise, understand the product roadmap & our competition
to better handle client requests
● Support sales activities such as software demos and pilots
● Ongoing value-added communication with clients as needed
● Provide first line customer support post deployment in a professional manner
● Track client issues and requests; drive resolution internally
● Act as the voice of the client and provide feedback to product team per client
interactions
● Help create a culture of customer success

● Proficiency in creating slides, spreadsheets and reports
● Completion of Post-Secondary education in a related field or equivalent
experience
