As a PM, you will be responsible for assisting in deploying a service governance and control office for all of our customers. Provisioning , support and ongoing improvement of our services and process will be a critical part of your and client's success. Working with colleagues and leads on various teams to help establish process and improvements. 

-Ability to build relations with outside groups and influence without authority 
-build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project. 
-develop and maintain an agreed project plan and detailed stage plans 
-apply quality management principles and processes 

- Plan and implement Oversight office within the organization. 
- Help manage and execute implementation of SMO strategy 
- Ensure that all ITIL processes are considered when deploying projects and processes. 
- Work closely with Change Management and implementation to new customers coming onboard 
- Collaborate on client strategy and goal definition for success

Must to have skills:
1. ITIL certification and knowledge
2. 3-5 yrs in a PM role
3. Efficient communication skills

Nice to have skills:
1. Service Now experience
2. PMP certified
3. MS project and power point.
