Job Duties:
  • Work closely with management, leads, peers, business and technology teams to ensure systems have appropriate access and governance controls and protection
  • Support the design and implementation of access controls
  • Participate in the execution of aligning applications and systems to enterprise IAM Governance framework, including access certification, provisioning, and application onboarding
  • Work with the broader IT security, risk and compliance organization to interpret policies and standards, ensuring policies and standards are properly followed by IAM solutions
  • Create, update and maintain IAM documentation (including process documents and procedures)
  • Provide assistance and support ensuring on-time delivery of access related initiatives
  • Report on the effectiveness of current IAM processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Facilitate attestations to ensure appropriateness of provisioned access
  • Offer security consulting/advisory services on projects which have an impact on the security posture of the organization
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Liaise with Business Engagement Managers and lines of business to provide tailored information security advice and awareness
  • Contribute to and assist with compliance initiatives
Qualifications
  • Experience in Identity & Access Governance including role based access control, access request and certification
                                                                                                         or
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an Information Technology related role, with at least 2 years focusing on Information Security
  • Experience developing and producing periodic reports to demonstrate the overall effectiveness of processes.
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Excellent technical writing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform quality assurance and create high quality deliverables with minimal supervision
  • Skilled in Microsoft Suite of Products
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to lead and/or actively participate in working sessions and stakeholder meetings
  • Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus
