Account Executive- Cable and WISP Sales (T-06112)

Our client is looking for an Account Executive to sell cable and WISP solutions to different telecom partners across Alberta. Some of the key responsibilities include: 
1. Account executives goal is to achieve unit revenue, profitability, and minimize expense objectives.   Achieves and exceeds area quota by conducting appropriate sales activities, new account prospecting, building strong partner relationships, developing partner account managers to drive additional growth, and leveraging the sales network.
2. Maintains ownership of a group of key named accounts, and provides excellence in servicing and growing those accounts. Demonstrates role model behavior and exhibits deep knowledge of territory. Consistently maintains a deep understanding of marketplace changes and adapts territory strategies accordingly. 
3. A highly experienced revenue generator and manager with a proven track record of exceptional results and delivering results. Effectively sell the full portfolio of clients solutions. Selectively creates deep senior partner relationships with the largest customers and is widely viewed as a trusted advisor, creating value and influencing our position with partners.
4.Coordinates and reviews all field sales strategies and account plans that segment the addressable market and aligns partners in key target areas and addresses partner gaps.
5. Must have good experience of docsis upgrades from 3.0 to 3.1 
6. Must understand FTTP and network access broadband solutions 

Years of Experience Required: 
  • 5+ years of experience in service-led selling and account managing required
  • Formal business consulting experience is preferred
  • Experience leading teams of Account Managers in technology industry
  • Demonstrates high-energy and competitive mind-set operating as the manager of the region and exhibiting entrepreneurial characteristics. Should be a highly experienced manager and revenue generator with a proven track record of exceptional results, both individually and as a leader.
  • Demonstrates expertise in business acumen, expert-level industry knowledge
  • Expert in developing, and coaching others on how to develop, consultative, influential, credibility-based relationships at all levels, including business owner, executive and LOB.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (~50%) to meet with customers, partners and client resources within assigned.
