Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

What you’ll do:

We are looking for a data driven individual who is passionate about performance marketing to join our clients digital team.  The CRO Specialist will be responsible for driving growth through across the web profile, with a focus on optimizing acquisition metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI by channel and media campaign. In this role you’ll work with the Director of Home Solutions to drive the digital media strategy while executing and optimizing across the sales funnel.
This position is a full-time, renewable 1-year contract position.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Perform research to establish a strong understanding of stakeholders business goals and propose solutions and strategies that meet their needs and drive their success on the web
  • Generate and provide resources to educate stakeholders on the value of CRO, and actions involved to reach their goals
  • Identify CRO opportunities for stakeholders, and lead testing processes
  • Manage ideation, planning, and execution efforts of CRO special projects. I.E. Design specs, freelancer contributions, etc.
  • Perform A/B, website usability and website conversion rate testing
  • Interpret web analytics, demographic data, market research, and buyer behaviors as they relate to CRO efforts. Generate and execute strategies as they relate to findings.
  • Prepare monthly Internet marketing campaign reports
  • Champion CRO best practices for stakeholders
  • Direct the design of banner ads/landing pages, assuring that all web functionality is operating properly
  • Effectively manage cross functional teams of Developers, Designers, UX,  QA testers

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology or related
  • Expert knowledge of CRO
  • Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Suite (Audience manager, Analytics. Target)
  • General knowledge of SEO
  • General knowledge of Digital Advertising (Facebook, Adwords, DoubleClick)
  • General knowledge of Retargeting
  • Researching Keywords (SEMRush, Moz, Webmaster tools)
  • Running A/B, multivariate tests
  • Designing Lead Generation Funnels
  • Proven success optimizing and Creating Landing Pages
  • Code (HTML / CSS) is preferred 
  • Design (Photoshop / Sketch) is preferred
  • UX (Invision) is preferred
  • Project management (JIRA) is preferred
  • Copywriting skills are an asset 
  • Ad Network/Analytics Certifications are an asset
