Position Overview - an Executive Assistant to support two Vice Presidents. In this critical role, you anticipate the needs of your leaders and team members and help them stay focused by 
managing any administrative or operational issues before they arise. You use your analytical expertise, project management, information processing, system management, and organizational skills to coordinate meetings, off and on site team activities, event planning, and other business initiatives. You are professional and use effective interpersonal communication skills to best represent client with internal and external customers and stakeholders. 
You are self-motivated and thrive while working in a rapidly-changing environment. You have a passion for learning and ability to multi-task. You have superior organizational and communication skills, and are a team player. 
Responsibilities 
•Act as a liaison with internal and external customers, vendors, and team members, managing and prioritizing business meetings and activities 
•Manage business travel requirements, email requests, calendar, and expenses for two VPs 
•Handle confidential information in a confidential and discreet manner 
•Possibility of working extended hours as required 
Required Knowledge •5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced corporate environment 
•Strong technical skills in Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) 
•Business writing and presentation development 
Required Skills & Abilities •Experience with calendar management, travel scheduling, and event management 
•Project management experience - ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities 
•Experience interacting with executives 
•Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to detail while under tight timelines.

Must to have skills: (please at least 3 skills/exp): 1. Strong technical skills in Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)) 2. Experience booking international and domestic travel 3.
