Position Overview: 
• As a QA Analyst, you will be working as part of the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) API team whose focus is development, testing, and maintenance of a growing API layer which acts as a common data interface to the portfolio of Client Health EMRs. External consumers of the EMR API make various health IT products including online appointment booking and waiting room questionnaires and you will help support and validate that their solutions play nicely with the EMR API and Client Health EMRs. 

Responsibilities: 
• Responsible for test strategy, planning and execution of validation activities 
• Verify application test analysis and design deliverables 
• Provide detailed QA estimates 
• Review and understand cross-system impacts 
• Assist with identification of test environment and test data requirements 
• Engage with other QA, developers, product owners & the various consuming parties of the EMR API 


Skills & Abilities: 
• Experience delivering on the above responsibilities 
• Good understanding of the agile software development methodology (Scrum or Kanban). 
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills 
• Domain knowledge or previous experience in Health IT 
• Experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Bamboo, Jenkins, SoapUI, ReadyAPI an asset 
• Experience with or interest in learning test automation 

Must have skills: (please at least 3 skills/exp): 1. Test strategy, planning and execution 2. Test methodologies and best practices 3.
