Position Overview 
The Content Solutions team is a key enabler of client’s plan to win the home and provide innovative entertainment solutions. The team’s vision is to make Optik TV our customers’ first choice for entertainment. A passion for and a deep knowledge of popular culture entertainment, in particular TV & movies is a must. 

In this role, you will develop and execute merchandising and marketing activities to promote content on Optik TV and deliver on FFH and Content KPIs. You will be a key stakeholder in developing the content roadmap, identifying/prioritizing content opportunities as well as working closely with internal stakeholders to evaluate new content. You will also be managing the Content Partner relationships and the content approval process. In addition to managing the linear content portfolio, you will also be responsible for Pay Per View marketing. 

The successful candidate is a natural collaborator, innovator and problem solver, providing subject matter expertise around content marketing. 


Responsibilities 
● Develop and manage a content roadmap by identifying key content opportunities 
● Understand and anticipate the content needs for the Optik customer base 
● Determine merchandising and promotional needs to support the program 
● Develop marketing campaigns to drive engagement and new subscriptions - including the development of value prop and KPIs 
● Measure the success of promotions/campaigns through post-mortem analysis and providing recommendations for future campaigns 
● Support the Go To Market activities by collaborating with Product Marketing, Client Experience, Base Management, Marcom and other teams 
● Supporting the Business Development team to identify and evaluate content opportunities 
● Manage linear channel changes such as channel additions, re-brands, or deletions 
● Manage approvals on any content marketing materials 
● Support overall team on initiatives to drive deeper customer engagement with Optik TV content 

Required Knowledge 
● A University degree in Business or Marketing with relevant experience 
● Experience with segmentation marketing 
● Deep understanding of Optik TV, TV content and Pay Per View 

Required Skills & Abilities 
● Experience with segment marketing; experience with content marketing is an asset 
● Experience in briefing in multi-channel customer-facing campaigns across traditional, social, and digital mediums 
● Superior collaborator and communicator, strong ability to connect and build relationships 
● Proven success in managing multiple priorities at one time 
● Team player that is able to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders to establish cross functional alignment for projects & initiatives 
● Solid project management and planning skills 
● Accuracy and attention to detail, but with understanding of vision and overall goals 
● Takes ownership, initiative, and is self-directed; able to effectively manage ambiguity and change 
● Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills 

Required Experience 
● 5+ years successful experience in Marketing with a focus on broadcasting, Media and/or Telecom 
● Post Secondary Education
