Job Description
- Support Payments and initiatives under the Payments Modernization program.
- Primarily support the Real-Time Rail (RTR) and FSRB initiatives (approximately 90% of responsibilities).
- Support Money Movement Sustainment activities (approximately 10% of responsibilities).
- Perform process mapping and business process analysis.
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to support solution design and decision-making.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and designers.
- Participate in testing activities, including test planning, execution, and validation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives and priorities.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain user stories, story maps, and related Agile documentation.
- Support the successful delivery of Real-Time Rail initiatives through FY27/28.
- University degree in Computer Science, Business, Management, Human Computer Interactions, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 2-3 years of experience related to channels and payments, including payment products.
- 2-3 years of experience within the payments industry with knowledge of clearing and settlement processes.
- Experience with APIs, web services, application design, system design, and technical communications.
- Ability to communicate complex information and concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven team player committed to growth and continuous improvement.
- Experience in retail banking, business banking, financial services, or digital experiences is considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or core banking systems is preferred.
