Position Overview
A strategic initiative is underway to optimize ATB's Real Estate portfolio, encompassing both corporate and branch locations. Given the complex and cross-functional nature of this portfolio, ATB is seeking a Transaction & Leasing Project Manager Contractor to ensure successful implementation. This role will focus on providing essential transaction management, administration project coordination, and oversight to drive these strategies forward. You will be instrumental in maintaining alignment across various workstreams and ensuring meticulous project management. You will own end-to-end process rigor establishing project frameworks, tracking critical path milestones, anticipating operational bottlenecks, and keeping internal stakeholders and external partners synchronized and accountable.
Our client is seeking a capacity creator who takes ownership of process mechanics and delivers executive-ready work. While familiarity with commercial real estate or leasing is a plus, expert project management, process architecture, and anticipatory leadership are the core requirements.
