Job Description
We are looking for QA Test Analyst, you will be part of a highly engaged and technical Quality Assurance team supporting testing efforts across multiple internal IT initiatives. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, secure, and reliable banking environment through comprehensive testing practices, automation support, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Test Manager on assigned technology initiatives.
- Create, review, and maintain test cases based on functional design documentation.
- Perform Functional, System, System Integration, User Acceptance, Smoke, and Regression testing.
- Execute end-to-end testing within SAP Banking environments.
- Perform automation testing activities as required.
- Assess testing requirements and provide effort estimates.
- Contribute to testing strategies and acceptance criteria across project phases.
- Analyze business requirements to ensure testability.
- Identify cross-system impacts, dependencies, and risks.
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Prepare both positive and negative test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Execute tests and validate results against documented objectives.
- Maintain Jira stories and accurately track testing progress.
- Participate in daily Agile stand-ups and project meetings.
- Collaborate with project teams, vendors, audit groups, and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and completeness of all testing deliverables.
- Apply risk-based testing methodologies and prioritize execution accordingly.
- Conduct walkthroughs of test plans and specifications when required.
- Provide testing status reports to stakeholders.
- Follow established testing methodologies including planning, preparation, execution, evaluation, and reporting.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Senior Test Manager.
- 5+ years of QA or software development experience within large enterprise environments.
- Banking systems testing experience.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- SAP testing or development experience, including environments such as TRBK, CRM/AO, PC, Portal/Fiori, FRDP, and S/4HANA.
- Strong experience in test scope analysis and test case development.
- Experience analyzing functional requirements and converting them into test scenarios.
- Hands-on experience with regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with SIT, FIT, and UAT testing cycles.
- Experience with automation testing practices.
- Experience in data analysis and validation activities.
- S/4HANA testing experience.
- Experience with Tosca test automation.
- Experience with qTest.
- Experience with Playwright.
- Experience using Jira.
- SAP Testing Experience
- Banking Testing Experience
- Self-Motivated and Team-Oriented Mindset
- Multiple SAP initiatives with a primary focus on an S/4HANA upgrade program.
