• Define transport planning requirements for RAN growth and network modernization.
• Assess hardware and software upgrade needs across Cisco transport infrastructure.
• Plan network migrations, technology refreshes, and end-of-life or end-of-support replacements.

IP Network Design

• Design scalable IP/MPLS transport networks for 4G, 5G, and enterprise services.
• Produce High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Define IP addressing, routing, VLAN, QoS, and resiliency architectures.
• Create implementation packages, engineering designs, bills of materials, and commissioning guides.
• Validate designs against customer standards, transport architecture guidelines, and operational requirements.

Integration & Commissioning Support

• Support integration and commissioning of Cisco ASR920, NCS540, and NCS560 platforms.
• Develop and validate configuration templates and automation scripts.
• Assist deployment teams with implementation, acceptance testing, and service activation.
• Validate routing, MPLS, QoS, synchronization, and Layer 2/Layer 3 services.
• Support software upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization.

Operations & Troubleshooting

• Resolve IP transport, routing, switching, MPLS, QoS, and service-impacting issues.
• Analyze alarms, performance degradation, packet loss, latency, and outages.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support customer escalations and operational incidents.
• Conduct post-implementation validation and service assurance.

Network Performance & Optimization

• Monitor utilization and identify capacity constraints.
• Recommend transport capacity upgrades and optimization opportunities.
• Assess traffic engineering needs and resiliency improvements.
• Support proactive lifecycle management and network health reviews.
• Improve efficiency through automation and process optimization.
