emergiTEL is hiring a Print Production Level 2. This is a Contract role.
Location: Richmond, BC
Pay: $16.80 - $21.00/hour
Responsibilities
Experience with the following equipment and software is considered an asset:

Pay: $16.80 - $21.00/hour
- This position is for production print/insertion
- Driving is required as a back up delivery driver, so individual must posses a valid drivers license and be comfortable driving in Richmond and Vancouver area.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work with the Lead Print Operator to review production schedules.
- Determine output requirements for print jobs.
- Perform document setup and manipulation as required.
- Review and approve proofs to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Insert multiple documents into envelopes.
- Program jobs into insertion equipment.
- Perform maintenance and basic repairs on high-frequency service areas to maximize equipment uptime.
- Identify and resolve production issues.
- Maintain production equipment and replenish supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels of production supplies.
- Provide backup support for processing Loomis deliveries.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Act as backup to the regular delivery driver.
Experience with the following equipment and software is considered an asset:
- Xerox Primelink Printers
- Xerox FreeFlow
- Bell & Howell Insertion Equipment
- NeoPost/Quadient Mail Machine
- Pitney Bowes Insertion Machine
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to operate large centralized digital production equipment.
- Ability to identify production inconsistencies and quality issues.
- Proficiency with PC applications in a networked environment.
- Ability to read, write, and follow English instructions.
- Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Experience working in a print production environment.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Post-secondary technology training or equivalent experience.
- Specialized training or education as required.
