Job Description
- Strong Salesforce experience with a primary focus on Sales Cloud (approximately 95%).
- Experience deploying and managing Tasks, Surveys, Quizzes, and Knowledge Articles within Salesforce.
- Ability to manage complex audiences, including:
- Gathering and understanding business requirements.
- Translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Configuring and maintaining audience segments.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Power BI
- SQL
- Mandatory experience with CSS and/or HTML for developing responsive email templates that function across multiple devices.
- Create and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge of:
- Email Studio
- Audience Builder
- Mobile Studio
- Experience executing successful email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with Analytics Builder in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Working knowledge of AMPScript.
- Advanced knowledge of Journey Builder, including:
- Process Automation
- A/B Testing
- Dynamic Assets
- Decision Splits
- Engagement Splits
- Strong data management capabilities.
- Proficiency in SQL and data-driven marketing operations.
