The client is undergoing a digital transformation and is seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives involving Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
The role supports the launch of a major project in Canada, with a potential global rollout over the medium term.
Personal qualities
The candidate must have the following qualifications to be retained for an internal process:
Requis :
- Avoir 15 ans en gestion de projet TI et ingénierie, dont 5 ans minimum en gestion de programme de grande envergure
- Expérience significative en PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) et MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
- Forte expérience en gestion de programmes complexes et en gestion d’équipes multidisciplinaires
- Capacité démontrée à gérer :
- L’intégration de systèmes
- Des initiatives de transformation
- Expérience dans le secteur manufacturier
- Maîtrise avancée de l’outil Jira
- Bilingue en français et anglais (obligatoire)

- Expérience dans l’aérospatial

- Proactivité et capacité à anticiper les enjeux
- Flexibilité et capacité d’adaptation dans un contexte en évolution
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, coordination et leadership
- Assurer la coordination des initiatives PLM et MES
- Piloter un programme complexe dans un environnement hybride (Waterfall / semi-agile)
- Superviser l’intégration des systèmes (ex. : SAP S/4HANA, systèmes de maintenance)
- Gérer les relations inter-départements et assurer l’alignement des parties prenantes
- Contribuer à l’adoption des solutions et à la transformation organisationnelle (en collaboration avec le responsable de la gestion du changement)
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) et assurer l’atteinte des objectifs du programme
Required qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the internal selection process:
- 15 years of experience in IT and engineering project management, including at least 5 years managing large-scale programs.
- Significant experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Strong experience managing complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage systems integration and transformation initiatives.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira.
- Fluency in French and English, mandatory.
- Aerospace industry experience.
- Technical knowledge of the Dassault Systèmes suite, considered a significant asset.
