Description:

• Provide a qualified Intermediate Support Analysts to support the CRU implementation-related activities. 
• Reporting to the Delivery Lead of Technology Experience, the Analysts would be involved in:

Hardware:

• Delivery services and support for banking devices
• Ensuring team members feel comfortable with their devices
• Travel will be required

Top Skills: 
Provides hands-on technical assistance, hardware deployment, and physical infrastructure maintenance across bank branches. This role is responsible for ensuring that all workstation hardware, teller desks, peripheral equipment, Cash Recycling Units and structured cabling are operational, secure, and compliant with strict financial industry standards
