emergiTEL is hiring a Customer Service/Print & Mail Associate. This is a Contract role.
Location:         Windsor, Ontario
Duration:         12 Months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay:                 $17.97 - $22.46/hour
Position Summary: The Delivery Account Operations Associate Level 1 is responsible for providing customer-facing print and mailroom services while delivering exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
General Responsibilities

Ensure customer issues and escalations are resolved promptly or escalated appropriately.
Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with required standards.
Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures.
Provide operational support and backfill coverage for absent team members.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Order and replenish consumables, forms inventory, and other required supplies.

Print Services Responsibilities

Manage print job intake through email, telephone, and in-person requests.
Operate and multitask across color, black-and-white, and finishing equipment.
Schedule print work to meet customer deadlines and adapt schedules as priorities change.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding job status and any production issues.
Maintain print equipment by replacing toner and consumables and coordinating service requests when required.
Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient print shop environment.
Develop knowledge of print production methods to provide recommendations on the most effective solutions for customer requests.
Track and maintain records related to print production activities.

Mailroom Responsibilities

Sort incoming mail accurately and efficiently.
Distribute mail to appropriate recipients and departments through scheduled mail runs and special deliveries.
Maintain records of incoming mail and courier shipments.
Coordinate delivery of outgoing mail to couriers and postal services.
Maintain adequate inventory levels of mailroom supplies.
Verify postal rates and weigh outgoing mail when required.
Process outgoing courier shipments.
Arrange local courier services for package deliveries.
Manage and organize office supplies and related inventory.
