Job Description
1) Change Strategy Execution: Architect and execute comprehensive change strategies encompassing both client engagement and internal team member readiness.
2) Risk, Impact & Readiness Assessment: Evaluate change complexity, identify impacted stakeholders, mitigate risks, and advise on readiness metrics to ensure successful go-lives.
3) Cross-Functional Consultation: Partner with a diverse array of enterprise experts and leadership to navigate personnel dynamics, identify client needs, and formulate tailored recommendations.
4) Organizational Alignment: Clearly articulate overarching business goals and the case for change.
5) Sponsorship Enablement: Equip stakeholders with the strategies and tools necessary to execute their sponsorship plans effectively.
6) Problem Solving: Resolve complex challenges using data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
7) Transition & Sustainment Planning: Develop robust transition-to-business-<wbr />ownership plans with key stakeholders, supporting the sustainment of changes to help realize business results.
8) Technical Proficiency: Master necessary change tools and technologies, leveraging Change Practice framework and templates for consistent delivery.
9) Continuous Growth & Learning: Drive a culture of development by actively sharing insights, embracing iterative learning, and engaging in constructive feedback
