Duration: 10 Months
Location: Edmonton, Alberta – Remote
Hours: 40 hours/week
Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM Alberta Time (MT)

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a QA Automation Developer to join a cross-functional Agile delivery team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and executing automated testing solutions to support high-quality, enterprise-scale digital services.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions.
- Support UI, API, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with Agile delivery teams to support test planning and execution.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Contribute to quality reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support testing for enterprise-scale systems and modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with QA test automation using Cypress or Playwright.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience with Node.js/NPM automation frameworks.
- Experience integrating automated testing with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Git-based source control.
- Experience with UI, API, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test planning.
- Experience with defect management and quality reporting.
- Ability to work with enterprise-scale systems and modernization initiatives.
- Availability to work during Alberta business hours.
Additional Requirements
- Criminal Record Check may be required.
- Must be available to work 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM Alberta Time (MT).
- Remote position supporting the Alberta/Edmonton location.
