emergiTEL is hiring an Instructional Designer for our client in the Financial Services industry.
Contract Duration: 07 Months (Potential Extension)
Location: Calgary, AB (Remote)
Job Description 
Purpose
  • Support the continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs, including Client, onboarding initiatives, leadership development programs, and team effectiveness programs.
  • Research, design, create, curate, and implement full-cycle learning experiences that enable business capability development and organizational success.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand capability gaps and identify learning approaches that support business outcomes.
  • Manage, coordinate, and facilitate learning programs throughout all phases, including initiation, development, implementation, delivery, adoption, optimization, and review.
  • Design learning interventions aligned with project requirements and integrated within the broader learning ecosystem.
  • Curate and develop internal and external learning content into engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
  • Apply visual design principles to enhance learner engagement and improve learning outcomes.
  • Partner with Change Leaders to design and implement learning portfolios that support organizational change initiatives.
  • Design, manage, analyze, and report on learning metrics and program effectiveness.
  • Use learner and performance data to continuously improve learning content and programs.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of learning and development initiatives.
Education
  • University degree in Education or a related field.
