This project initiates the migration of the Finance and Risk Data Platform (FRDP) to SAP Fioneer while modernizing core financial systems.
Top Skills
1) Core BA Capabilities: Strong mastery of business analysis methodologies, from requirement gathering to UAT.
2) Strategic Influence: Ability to lead, influence, and drive decision-making, discussions, and decisions at a Senior Leadership level, consistently increasing the signal vs. the noise in discussions. Drive and Accountability: Experience managing multiple priorities in a complex, transformational project environment while owning, driving, and closing their deliverables at a fast pace. Complex Translation: Ability to bridge the language gap between risk modeling, accounting policy, and IT implementation.
3) Lead Project Deliverables: Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams, with the professional presence to influence and guide Managing Director-level leadership.

- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with and lead discussions among Managing Director-level stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Capital Markets to drive consensus and project outcomes.
- Requirements Leadership: Lead business analysis activities by planning, gathering, and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Universal Translation: Bridge the gap between diverse stakeholder groups by translating Risk models (e.g., Stochastics, PD/LGD) into Finance entries (Double-entry, Trial Balances) and technical IT specifications (ETL, APIs, JSON schemas).
- Discovery and Data Archeology: Lead "Data Archeology" efforts to map legacy infrastructure and define Global Blueprints for Multi-GAAP (IFRS/GAAP) accounting rules.
- Gap and Variance Analysis: Conduct gap analysis to assess differences between current and desired states.
- Technical Documentation: Develop use cases, user stories, and detailed functional specifications to capture system requirements.
- Traceability: Maintain a comprehensive requirements traceability matrix to ensure all regulatory and business needs are tracked throughout the lifecycle.
- Testing and Validation: Guide and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the system meets business expectations and regulatory standards.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and document potential challenges such as data lineage gaps, accounting event complexities, and non-functional requirements like performance and scalability.
