Our Team and What You'll Accomplish Together
As a Learning Specialist II, you will work closely with the Strategy & Programs team, clinics, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, document, and deliver training that supports new processes and ERP/EMR system rollouts. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong technical background, and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and clinic team members to plan and document new work instructions, guides, and training materials.
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions (English and French preferred), ensuring successful comprehension of materials.
- Maintain and update training materials to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and timely training updates to clinic team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of content and processes.
- Establish, curate, and maintain a knowledge management repository, ensuring content accuracy and timely updates.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in leveraging new technologies and AI to enhance training content and optimize content creation processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a learning professional with expertise in training delivery and exposure to instructional design and project management.
- Post-secondary diploma and/or Adult Learning Certificate.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with e-learning and technology deployments.
- Experience working with clinic staff and clinicians is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to work confidently with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong adaptability, integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude.
- Passion for teamwork and contributing to organizational success.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
