Systems Administrator – Liferay Portal & SysAdmin
Liferay Portal and Systems Administrator (Montreal Office) to plan, design, manage, execute and support the deployment of applications on Liferay Portal platform. The Liferay SysAdmin will report to the Application Support Senior Manager and work closely with the project team members.
Assist with the transition to a permanent resource. Potential to convert mandate into a permanent position.
Areas of Responsibility
Responsibilities include the deployment of applications on Liferay Portal platform, validate and confirm the Liferay platform set up and configuration, support and respond to steady state alerts.
Assess current systems, document system setup, migrate system/application, provide support for servers and monitoring system. Select appropriate operational support strategies and ensure efficient use of resources.
Deployment of applications on client’s Liferay Portal platform. Work effectively in a team environment to complete smooth & successful migrations with minimal business interruptions. Provide technical documentation.
