Manage multiple training initiatives and deliverables, including work planning, prioritization, dependency management, risk identification, progress reporting, and stakeholder communications.
-
Establish and follow training governance processes, including intake and prioritization, review and approval cycles, quality assurance, version control, accessibility reviews, and content maintenance to keep materials accurate and current.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
-
Evaluate learning effectiveness using learner feedback, assessments, performance measures, adoption indicators, and other data; analyze results and implement continuous improvements.
Tools & Technology
-
Use approved digital adoption, multimedia, collaboration, AI-enabled, and content-development tools to improve analysis, content creation, delivery, learner support, stakeholder engagement, and reporting, while ensuring accuracy, accessibility, privacy, and compliance with Government of Alberta policies and standards.
