- Operating in a dual-capacity role, you will be directly responsible for the end-to-end tactical delivery of our critical eCRM Retail project (CRM Ph 2.1) while simultaneously partnering closely with our Delivery Lead and Salesforce Managing Director to architect a sustainable, long-term Salesforce governance framework and mature our Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE).
- The ideal candidate possesses true program-level vision and governance expertise, but remains enthusiastic about staying close to the work—driving active execution, untangling delivery friction, and leading from the front lines in a complex banking environment.

Tactical Project Leadership: Take full accountability for the end-to-end planning, schedule management, financial health, and execution of the high-priority eCRM project.

-
Executive Reporting: Lead the aggregation and drafting of executive-level status decks, progress reports, and steering committee presentations for the Project Leadership Team (PLT).
-
2. Strategic Governance & CoE Evolution
-
Framework Co-Design: Partner directly with the Delivery Manager and Salesforce Managing Director to audit current workflows, identify gaps, and architect a scalable, enterprise-wide Salesforce governance framework.
-
CoE Maturation: Help mature our Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and elevate delivery standards across our multi-cloud Banking ecosystem.
-
Standardization: Align business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners on unified delivery practices, release train coordination, and environment management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
-
8+ Years of Dedicated Salesforce Experience: Hands-on track record across complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
-
10+ Years in IT Project / Program Management: Proven experience operating at both the strategic Program Manager level and the hands-on Project Manager level in large enterprise environments.
-
Governance Framework Architecture: Demonstrated experience building, setting up, or refining project/program governance structures and CoE models from the ground up.
-
Banking / Financial Services Domain: Deep understanding of eCRM transformations, complex customer data structures, and compliance considerations within a financial institution.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Accountability: Exceptional senior executive presence; proven ability to drive alignment between business leaders and technical engineering teams while holding third-party vendors accountable.
Top Core Skills
-
Dual Strategic & Tactical Execution: Ability to design high-level governance frameworks while actively managing day-to-day project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
-
Enterprise Salesforce Expertise (8+ Yrs): Deep knowledge of Salesforce implementation lifecycles, environment management, and release train coordination.
-
Program-Level Governance & CoE Design: Proven capability to establish intake processes, steering mechanisms, and CoE delivery standards from scratch.
-
