emergiTEL is hiring a Print Production Associate (Level 1) for our client in the Document Management and Printing Services industry. This is a Contract role.
Compensation: $16 – $20/hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Description (English)
Essential Functions:

• Operate digital print equipment
• Operate standard finishing equipment (paper cutters, bindery, laminating, drilling)
• Act as the point of contact to receive customer requests, provide estimates, schedule, and track production
• Perform basic quality inspections before, during, and after each production run
• Track and store jobs as required for future reuse
• Maintain reporting logs and billing information
• Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished products
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of supplies
• Troubleshoot basic issues to meet production and delivery requirements
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Stand and walk for up to 80% of the workday
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop

Skills:

• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and relevant software

Experience:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service environment

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• Post-secondary technical training or experience (preferred)
