Job - Project Manager, Enterprise Projects

Job Type: 9 months contract with possible extension
Location: Calgary, AB (100% remote position)

Description

Collaborate with Technology, Business, and 3rd party stakeholders to confirm the problems to be solved, expected outcomes and project deliverables.
Identify and confirm project approach and engage appropriate stakeholders to develop detailed resource estimates and effective plans to manage the initiative.

Assign deliverables, tasks and activities and continuously monitor and control all associated resources, schedules and plans.
Report on status, risk management, budget/cost, success criteria and reporting as required.
Anticipate and effectively manage risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of the initiative.
Ensure optimal communications within and across teams and with all project stakeholders.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure a strong and positive stakeholder relationship.
Provide positive team leadership and motivate those teams directly and indirectly involved.
Identify key requirements for cross functional teams and external vendors.
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
Ensure team members are effectively onboarded onto projects.
Support planning, preparing, and conducting of project delivery ceremonies.
Reports key metrics to senior stakeholders.
