Print Production Associate (Level 1)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Hours: Mon - Friday 8AM - 4:30 PM (On Site)

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Production Associate to support daily print and finishing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printing and finishing equipment (cutters, laminators, bindery equipment, drills, etc.)
• Receive and process customer print requests
• Provide job estimates, schedule production, and track orders
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Package, label, and ship completed orders
• Maintain inventory of supplies and production logs
• Troubleshoot basic production issues and ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service or production-related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe software
• Post-secondary technical training is considered an asset

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 80% of the workday
