Description:
We are seeking a highly specialized RF Engineer to drive the design and deployment of our 5G New Radio (NR) infrastructure. This role focuses on high-precision coverage modeling, site acquisition strategy, and the evolution toward Open RAN (ORAN) architectures. The ideal candidate will move beyond manual processes by using AI and Data Science to automate workflows and will possess the leadership skills to manage complex network upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
Advanced 5G & SC6 Design: Lead the design and coverage modeling for 5G NR, specifically leveraging experience with SC6 and advanced propagation tools.

Site Acquisition & Selection: Deliver optimized RF designs by selecting the most feasible site candidates, defining antenna attributes (height, azimuth, tilt), and ensuring site acquisition success through technical justification.

ORAN Integration: Support and architect network upgrades related to ORAN design, ensuring multi-vendor compatibility.

AI-Driven Automation: Leverage Python or Data Science frameworks to automate legacy processes, including link budget calculations, automated data-fill, and iterative design tasks.

Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of network deployment projects, ensuring technical milestones are met while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Technical Validation: Justify designs through technology-specific network simulations and validate real-world performance using automated analytics.
