Print Production Associate (Level 1) – Hand Insertion
Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Overview
We are seeking a Print Production Associate (Level 1) to join our service delivery team in a fast-paced, multi-client production environment. This role is responsible for supporting mail insertion operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of client materials for distribution through Canada Post.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Experience in print production, mailroom, or warehouse environments
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling and organization
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow processes, safety procedures, and instructions
Key Responsibilities
Mail Insertion & Production
- Perform hand insertion of client documents into various envelope sizes for mailing
- Ensure all materials are accurately assembled and meet client specifications
- Support production workflows to meet daily output targets
Quality Control
- Conduct quality checks on own work to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
- Identify and report discrepancies or damaged materials to supervisors
Inventory & Material Handling
- Manage inventory, supplies, and materials required for production
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations
- Package and label items correctly for distribution
- Assist with receiving shipments, unloading materials, and distributing to proper areas
Workspace & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
- Remove debris and ensure aisles and work areas are safe and accessible
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Provide support and backfill coverage for absent coworkers
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a customer service, production, or warehouse environment
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Post-secondary technical training or relevant experience is an asset
- Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, or related software
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, squat, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
