Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM & AO Techno-Functional Analyst to act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role focuses on driving business value through optimized processes and ensuring SAP CRM and Account Origination (AO) configurations align with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will lead the functional lifecycle from requirements gathering through to user acceptance, delivering high-quality solutions across both configuration and custom development.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Lead configuration and customization of SAP CRM modules:
  • Sales
  • Service
  • Marketing
  • Case Management
  • Call Center
• Work with the CRM One Order Framework and financial domain processes
• Support system integrations (e.g., SAP CRM with Salesforce and other platforms)
• Develop functional and technical documentation, including design specs and user guides
• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and troubleshoot system issues
• Provide ongoing application support and enhancements

Core Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing)
• Deep understanding of CRM One Order Framework
• Proven experience in techno-functional roles (configuration + development collaboration)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business users
• Experience with end-to-end solution delivery and lifecycle management

• Knowledge of lending products:
  • HELOC
  • Mortgages
  • Retail lending processes
• Experience with Account Origination (AO) workflows:
  • Account opening
  • Credit eligibility
  • Disbursement processes
• Familiarity with:
  • S/4HANA migrations
  • SAP HANA data models
  • SAP BTP
• Experience in banking or financial services environments

Project Scope

• Support sustainment initiatives for loans and deposits product teams
• Contribute to the Mortgage Broker Origination system
• Support FATCA Phase III project initiatives

Compensation

• 80/hr inc
