Pay Rate: $17.60 – $18/hour


About the Role

My client is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to deliver a high-quality customer service experience to employees and visitors within a designated workplace. This role serves as the first point of contact and supports day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient environment.


Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Front Desk

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors
  • Greet individuals with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Manage visitor check-in, issue badges/parking passes, and follow security protocols
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

Workplace Operations

  • Handle mailroom operations including tracking, parcels, shipping, and receiving
  • Coordinate workplace services such as office supplies and onboarding setup
  • Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders as required
  • Support general administrative tasks and reporting into the Hiring Manager

Coordination & Events

  • Organize and support onsite events (room setup, teardown, logistics)
  • Coordinate with vendors providing services or supplies
  • Arrange business and recreational activities when requested

Issue Resolution & Communication

  • Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional, service-driven manner
  • Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
  • Follow established procedures to address routine workplace challenges

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Follow site-specific security and emergency procedures
  • Ensure safety protocols are adhered to at all times

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Up to 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Reliability and punctuality (must show up on time)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow structured processes and complete routine tasks independently

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

$17.60 – $18/hour
