About the Role
The IT Program Manager is responsible for leading large-scale enterprise IT projects from initiation through delivery. This role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is customer-facing, able to present to executive-level stakeholders, and has experience working with external clients as well as internal teams.
Leadership & Operations
- Lead, plan, and execute large-scale enterprise IT projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders and external clients
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT solutions
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide clear communication and reporting on project status to senior leadership
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as an IT Program Manager on large-scale enterprise projects
- Secret security clearance (required)
- Strong customer-facing experience, including presenting to executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience working with the federal government
