Hourly Rate: $90.00 – $100.00 per hour

About the Role

As Digital Senior Product Manager (Wealth), you will serve as a bridge between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring the stability and continuous evolution of our digital wealth channels. You will be responsible for prioritizing critical production fixes alongside new feature launches. Ultimately, your goal is to advocate for a seamless user experience and long-term technical integrity, utilizing post-launch metrics to validate that enhancements deliver measurable value to our clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize fixes against new features and existing features in Wealth Digital Channels, while collaborating with engineering on root cause analysis to ensure all production issues are resolved within SLAs and clearly communicated to business partners

  • Collaborate with designers to ensure new product features enhance the intuitive product flow while defining and monitoring post-launch success metrics to validate behavioral outcomes

  • Translate business needs into high-level technical specifications in collaboration with technical teams while advocating for long-term technical stability and user experience

  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business partners to manage expectations during incidents and new feature launches, translating technical updates into clear business insights to ensure alignment and effective collaboration across the organization

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5–6 years of Product Management experience and agile delivery

  • Ability to understand API documentation, data flows, and how front-end digital portals interact with legacy back-end banking systems and external vendors

  • Experience managing a major production outage and communications between technical teams and stakeholders

  • Understanding how to display complex financial data (portfolios, tax documents, performance charts) without overwhelming the user

  • Understanding of Wealth market trends and awareness of other financial institutions’ digital offerings

 

Compensation

The hourly rate for this contract position is $90.00 to $100.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
