Construction Manager II

Hourly Rate: $60.00 – $63.00 per hour (Incorporated)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in new site implementation, civil and radio works, and vendor management in a telecommunications environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple service providers across large-scale project builds.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all Civil, Radio, and Microwave works and associated financial control via scheduling, SP/ASP management, and quality management

• Ensure all Service Providers adhere to client standards, processes, procedures, and all Federal and Local regulations

• Assess and control charges to the agreed site design

• Coordinate site activities and ensure all disciplines are aligned with project goals and objectives

• Attend coordination and progress meetings and provide accurate status updates to project management

• Conduct site pre-inspections, post-construction audits, site verification, and visual quality inspections

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor works with Service Providers and other disciplines

• Enforce all safety guidelines and construction procedures throughout the Civil Works phase

• Maintain and update construction-specific areas of Site Handler including SOW, NTP, RFDS, civils acceptance documents, and closeout documentation

• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities

• Write claims, order and return materials as required

• Prepare regular progress reports for project management

Must Have

• Minimum 3–5 years of construction management experience in telecommunications

• Proven hands-on experience with new site implementation

• Experience managing project builds across 200+ sites

• Strong vendor and service provider management skills

• Experience with site uplift projects

• Microwave (MW) experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with civil works problem solving and technical assistance to service providers

• Familiarity with Site Handler and construction documentation workflows

• Knowledge of worker safety and work environment safety standards

 

Compensation

The hourly rate for this contract position is $60.00 to $63.00 per hour (Incorporated). Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
