PING Identity Engineer / Architect

Toronto, ON  |  Contract (6 Months, strong possibility of extension or conversion)  |  Hybrid – 2 days/week on-site

Hourly Rate: $80.00 – $90.00 per hour (Incorporated)

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned IAM consultant with deep hands-on experience designing and implementing Ping Identity solutions in large, complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate brings both technical depth and a strong consulting presence to guide organizations through identity modernization and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Ping Identity solutions including PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID, and Directory services

  • Architect secure, scalable SSO, MFA, and federation workflows

  • Lead technical discussions and translate complex identity concepts into clear recommendations for stakeholders

  • Deliver high-quality architectural designs and documentation

  • Collaborate across Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Architecture teams

Must Have

  • Extensive hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID, and Directory services

  • Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (OAuth/OIDC, SAML, federation)

  • Experience integrating identity systems with enterprise applications and security frameworks

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Consultant profile with bank-level client-facing experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading identity modernization initiatives in large enterprise environments

 

Compensation

The hourly rate for this contract position is $80.00 to $90.00 per hour (Incorporated). Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
