Job Title: Senior Receptionist Coordinator
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite (5 days per week)


About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Receptionist Coordinator to provide front desk coverage and office support at their Canadian headquarters in Toronto, which has approximately 250 employees. This role requires a polished, professional, and proactive individual who can confidently manage a client-facing reception area while supporting daily office operations.

This is a short-term contract role covering an employee leave.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional front desk reception coverage

  • Welcome and assist visitors and guests

  • Set up and tear down meeting rooms

  • Coordinate and prepare meeting spaces

  • Maintain and stock kitchen areas

  • Monitor and replenish kitchen and office supplies

  • Support general office coordination tasks as required


Work Environment

  • Corporate headquarters environment

  • Approximately 250 employees on site

  • Work closely as part of the office services team while independently managing reception duties


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reception, front desk, or office coordination

  • Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive and self-sufficient work style

  • Ability to confidently manage the reception desk independently


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or service industry

  • Hotel or concierge-style service experience


Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Outlook
