Installation & Service Representative

Location: Ottawa, ON

Reporting to the Manager, the Installation & Service Representative is responsible for the installation of Cobalt-60 sources — Nordion's key product line used to sterilize surgical and medical disposables. In addition, you will be responsible for replenishment, maintenance, repair, and other related field service duties.

You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to various projects related to industrial sterilization equipment. In this customer-facing role, you will have the opportunity to travel globally.

Qualifications

• Millwright license (433A) or Instrumentation Technician license (447A)
• A 4th-year apprentice would also be considered for any of the above-listed trades
• Field service or project coordination role with demonstrated success in nuclear, electrical, or mechanically focused projects is an asset

Additional Requirements

• Overtime is required
• Able to travel internationally (required to travel an average of 180 days per year)

Compensation The base annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. In addition, this role is eligible for a performance bonus, overtime pay, and a data allowance. Total annual compensation, inclusive of these components, is estimated at $130,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
