Bilingual Delivery Coordinator

Lachine, Quebec, Canada  |  Contract  |  On-Site (5 days/week)

Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour

About the Role

The Bilingual Delivery Coordinator will work in collaboration with the project teams of the Quebec network access group in the deployment of various programs. This role encompasses administration (financial statements, office supplies, distribution lists, org charts, headcount, scorecards, vacations, timesheets, and incident ticketing systems), supplier coordination, inventory management, and deployment support. The position is based on-site at the client’s Lachine office, 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with suppliers and contractors to respect the deployment plan and budget forecasts

  • Keep implementation activities and tasks up to date in the tracking tool

  • Manage and monitor equipment inventories at warehouses and contractor locations

  • Support deployment teams in equipment ordering tasks

  • Collaborate with national groups in the administration of files related to various deployment programs

  • Support the invoice payment process using different web platforms and applications

  • Keep documentation up to date

  • Initiate requests for planned work on the network

  • Assist in the coordination of commissioning activities

  • Collaborate with operations groups to support the existing network

  • Support the activities of the regional warehouse for operations

  • Participate in the national budget request for spare parts for existing networks

Budget & Financial Administration

  • Assist in managing Opex/Capex budgets

  • Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders

  • Process receiving and update financial trackers

  • Report on budget status

  • Data administration, including database maintenance, updates, and data entry

  • Reporting and forecasting

Operational Support

  • Interface with internal and external groups, vendors, and contractors

  • Assist in management and communication of Health & Safety training

  • Assist in management and communication of truck fleet management

  • Assist in management and ordering of protective equipment

  • Assist in management of field technicians’ materials, tools, and equipment

  • Join a group of admin/support covering the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French and English) — required

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

 

Compensation

The hourly rate for this contract position is $30.00 to $32.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
