SECRET CLEARED Project Coordinator with Azure DevOps experience
Location: Hybrid 3x/week (anywhere in Canada)
Duration: 1 year (chance to extend)

Our client is seeking Project Administrator to support a large-scale CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) initiative. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in structured environments, has experience supporting IT projects, and is comfortable working within Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Administration

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CCaaS project team
Maintain project schedules, action logs, RAID logs, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items
Support onboarding/offboarding activities in alignment with client security processes

Azure DevOps & Reporting

Maintain and update Azure DevOps work items (epics, features, user stories, tasks)
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status tracking
Generate project status reports, dashboards, and metrics from Azure DevOps
Assist Project Managers with tracking deliverables, dependencies, and milestones

Must haves:

5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator
Active Secret Clearance
3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps and MS Project

Nice to haves:

Previous experience working with the Federal Government
Previous experience part of a Genesys CX implementation
