Project Coordinator – CCaaS Initiative (Secret Cleared)

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada  |  1-Year Contract (Chance to Extend)  |  Hybrid (3 days/week, open to anywhere in Canada)

Hourly Rate: $70 - $75 per hour

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) initiative. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in structured environments, has experience supporting IT projects, and is comfortable working within Azure DevOps. Active Secret Clearance is required.

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CCaaS project team

  • Maintain project schedules, action logs, RAID logs, and documentation

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Support onboarding/offboarding activities in alignment with client security processes

Azure DevOps & Reporting

  • Maintain and update Azure DevOps work items (epics, features, user stories, tasks)

  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status tracking

  • Generate project status reports, dashboards, and metrics from Azure DevOps

  • Assist Project Managers with tracking deliverables, dependencies, and milestones

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps and MS Project

Nice to Haves

  • Previous experience working with the Federal Government

  • Previous experience as part of a Genesys CX implementation

 

Compensation

The hourly rate for this contract position is $70.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
