My client is seeking a General Receptionist to provide short-term coverage support. The manager is looking for someone who can step in and effectively manage front desk responsibilities for a brief assignment period.
Setting up meeting rooms
Greeting visitors
Answering guest inquiries
Printing documents
Folding documents/letters and preparing them for mailing
Performing other administrative tasks aligned with a receptionist role
Basic computer proficiency
Email (Outlook)
Calendar management
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
High School Diploma or GED
