Overview of Work Environment / Client Nuances

My client is seeking a General Receptionist to provide short-term coverage support. The manager is looking for someone who can step in and effectively manage front desk responsibilities for a brief assignment period.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Setting up meeting rooms

  • Greeting visitors

  • Answering guest inquiries

  • Printing documents

  • Folding documents/letters and preparing them for mailing

  • Performing other administrative tasks aligned with a receptionist role


Required Software Skills

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Email (Outlook)

  • Calendar management


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • One virtual interview
