Change Manager
Location: Calgary, AB
Salary: $125,000 Base + Bonus

Overview
The Change Manager plays a critical role in ensuring successful delivery of projects and initiatives by driving employee and user adoption. This role focuses on the people side of change—preparing, supporting, and equipping stakeholders to effectively adopt new processes, systems, technologies, job roles, and organizational structures.
You will develop and implement structured change management strategies to support benefit realization, ROI, and overall business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply change management methodologies and frameworks across projects and initiatives
- Lead and execute change management activities, with an initial focus on strategic programs
- Develop and implement change strategies and plans aligned to business objectives
- Leverage established tools, templates, and processes to drive adoption and minimize resistance
- Support and enable communications planning and execution, including messaging and stakeholder engagement
- Partner with the Project Management Office (PMO) to integrate change activities into overall project plans
- Identify and manage stakeholder impacts, risks, and readiness levels
- Monitor adoption, track progress, and adjust strategies to ensure successful outcomes
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in Change Management across enterprise projects
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience supporting payments-related products or initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build change management programs from the ground up
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and full lifecycle delivery
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
- Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $125,000
- Short-Term Incentive Bonus: 12%
- Vacation: 20 days annually
- Personal Days: 4 per year
- Benefits: Starting Day 1

- Pension Plan: 6% employee / 6% employer match
