Account Support Representative (ASR) – Level 2

Contract Duration: 1 Year
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Shift: Afternoon Shift | Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
(1-hour unpaid lunch)


Role Overview

The Account Support Representative (ASR) – Level 2 provides operational support across print, bindery, mail, and related services in a fast-paced production environment. This role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring frequent lifting, walking, standing, and operation of production equipment.

The position focuses primarily on bindery and print operations, with cross-training across all operational tasks as part of a structured backfill strategy. Prior experience is an asset; however, a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to Client Associates to ensure timely client deliverables

  • Support peak workloads and provide backup coverage as required

  • Assist Operations Managers and Site Leads with coverage scheduling

  • Support training and onboarding of new employees

  • Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to Site Lead and Manager

  • Perform print, mail, courier, bindery, and general operational tasks

  • Operate production equipment including:

    • Digital production printers

    • Hydraulic cutter

    • Perfect binding machine

    • Coil binding equipment

    • Folding and kitting equipment

  • Maintain a professional and organized approach in varying client environments


Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

  • Frequent walking and movement throughout the facility

  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision


Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Ability to identify, resolve, and escalate issues appropriately

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks and equipment


Experience

  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service or service delivery experience

  • Prior experience in print, bindery, or production environments is an asset


Education

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Education verification required
