Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Administrator to support ongoing client engagements involving Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
This role focuses on hands-on administration, configuration, cleanup, and optimization of Atlassian tools in real-world enterprise and mid-market environments.
The ideal candidate has worked as a Jira Site Admin or Senior Jira Admin, is comfortable managing multiple projects and spaces, and can independently configure workflows, automations, and integrations to support business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Jira Administration
- Administer Jira as a Site Admin or Senior Project Admin
- Create and manage Jira projects (Software, Service Management, and Business projects)
- Configure and maintain:
- Workflows and workflow schemes
- Screens and screen schemes
- Issue types and custom fields
- Field configurations and permission schemes
- Build and maintain Jira automations to streamline team workflows
- Support and configure Advanced Roadmaps (plans, hierarchies, dependencies)
Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Configure and administer Jira Service Management projects
- Set up request types, queues, SLAs, and customer portals
- Create automations and integrations between Jira Software and JSM
- Experience with Opsgenie (incident management, alerts, on-call schedules) is a strong plus
Confluence Administration
- Administer Confluence spaces and permissions
- Support page templates, space structure, and content organization
- Assist teams with best practices for Confluence usage and cleanup
Optimization & Maintenance
- Perform Jira and Confluence cleanup and optimization activities:
- Removing unused fields, workflows, schemes, and projects
- Improving performance and usability
- Standardizing configurations where possible
- Support ongoing administration for multiple client environments
Marketplace Apps & Integrations
- Work with Atlassian Marketplace apps and plugins
- Assist with installation, configuration, upgrades, and basic troubleshooting
- Experience evaluating and recommending apps is a plus
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with Atlassian site or Jira project migrations (Cloud-to-Cloud, Server/DC-to-Cloud)
- Exposure to data cleanup and migration tools
- Familiarity with enterprise Atlassian environments
Required Experience & Skills
- Hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator or Site Admin
- Strong practical knowledge of Jira configuration and administration
- Working experience with Jira Service Management
- Experience administering Confluence
- Comfortable working with multiple client environments
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Atlassian certifications (ACP or similar) are a plus, but not mandatory
- Experience supporting consulting or client-facing environments is preferred
Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the BTV PMO team, leading the migration of 300 customers from a legacy BTV platform to a new platform within a 12-month timeline.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the project across its full lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
- Define project scope and objectives, secure appropriate resources, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion
- Manage project financials
- Handle conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies, and change control
- Map project processes, identify and resolve process gaps, and ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards
- Communicate project status effectively to cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and executives
- Manage client relations and expectations
Must Have
- Strong communication and leadership skills โ excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Proven project management expertise including planning, coordinating, and executing across multiple functional areas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving operational efficiencies
Nice to Have
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CSM
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience driving strategic, cross-functional programs
- Working knowledge of Fibre Optic TV services and legacy TV systems
- Previous experience managing Telecommunications projects
- Prior experience working within a Telecom company
