About the Role

Our client is seeking an Admin Associate to provide administrative and office support for a short-term coverage assignment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Type, format, and prepare documents such as proposals, presentations, correspondence, and reports

  • Maintain record-keeping and filing systems

  • Manage calendars and contact databases

  • Schedule appointments, travel, and conference arrangements

  • Arrange meetings and support assigned work groups

  • Perform department-specific administrative duties, including research and database updates

  • Prepare materials for mass mailings

  • Complete expense reports and reconcile receipts

  • Manage inbound and outbound mail

  • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely

  • Gather and analyze data to help resolve issues

  • Support cross-functional teams as needed

  • Recommend process improvements to increase team efficiency

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience

  • Strong understanding of office processes and systems

  • Ability to handle complex information clearly and professionally

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
