Our client is seeking an Admin Associate to provide administrative and office support for a short-term coverage assignment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Type, format, and prepare documents such as proposals, presentations, correspondence, and reports
Maintain record-keeping and filing systems
Manage calendars and contact databases
Schedule appointments, travel, and conference arrangements
Arrange meetings and support assigned work groups
Perform department-specific administrative duties, including research and database updates
Prepare materials for mass mailings
Complete expense reports and reconcile receipts
Manage inbound and outbound mail
Communicate complex information clearly and concisely
Gather and analyze data to help resolve issues
Support cross-functional teams as needed
Recommend process improvements to increase team efficiency
High School Diploma or GED
2–3 years of relevant administrative experience
Strong understanding of office processes and systems
Ability to handle complex information clearly and professionally
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
