Hourly Rate: $50.00 – $53.00 per hour (Incorporated)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the BTV PMO team, leading the migration of 300 customers from a legacy BTV platform to a new platform within a 12-month timeline.
Manage all aspects of the project across its full lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
Define project scope and objectives, secure appropriate resources, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion
Manage project financials
Handle conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies, and change control
Map project processes, identify and resolve process gaps, and ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards
Communicate project status effectively to cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and executives
Manage client relations and expectations
Strong communication and leadership skills — excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams
Proven project management expertise including planning, coordinating, and executing across multiple functional areas
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving operational efficiencies
Professional certifications such as PMP or CSM
Continuous improvement mindset with experience driving strategic, cross-functional programs
Working knowledge of Fibre Optic TV services and legacy TV systems
Previous experience managing telecommunications projects
Prior experience working within a telecom company
The hourly rate for this contract position is $50.00 to $53.00 per hour (Incorporated). Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
