The Infrastructure Integration Specialist (N/S) acts as a subject matter expert for enterprise data centre networks and cloud initiatives. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, networking and security support, cloud integration, and complex migrations across on-prem and public cloud environments.
Enable and support daily operations of enterprise data centres and cloud environments
Support and maintain AHS and cloud applications, including patching and monitoring
Design, configure, and secure networking and security for on-prem and cloud platforms
Integrate and secure cloud services for applications
Provide operational support for networking and security across:
Data centres and colocation sites
Business Connect / OPCS
Perimeter firewalls
Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Perform daily operational changes and incident/problem management
Provide on-call and standby support, including after-hours coverage
Close tickets within SLA and communicate status to clients and management
Prepare and deliver Methods of Procedure (MoPs) for all changes
Capture and analyze network traffic and document root cause findings
Support network and security project initiatives while maintaining KTLO activities
Participate in and support initiatives including:
ENA service migration to new B2B services
Data centre floor consolidation
Cisco access switch refresh
CheckPoint firewall refresh
10+ years experience in an enterprise technical or business role
Experience with n-tier data centre networks
Experience in Tier-IV data centre environments
Strong experience with Cisco networking (switching and routing)
Experience with F5 load balancing
Security experience with firewalls:
CheckPoint
Palo Alto
Cisco FTD
Experience supporting and integrating services across:
Azure
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Disaster Recovery environments
Google Cloud
Experience supporting day-to-day data centre and cloud operations
Experience with incident and problem management
Ability to meet SLA and device maintenance requirements
Experience providing on-call and standby support
Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to clearly explain technical issues
Experience producing technical documentation and procedures
