Key Responsibilities
Design & Develop Reports and Dashboards: Build and maintain custom Salesforce (Sales Cloud) reports and dashboards that align with evolving business priorities.
Ensure Data Quality: Validate data accuracy, maintain consistent naming conventions, and implement reporting best practices to ensure trusted insights.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with global reporting teams, business leaders, and end users across Marketing, Operations, and Client Services to translate reporting needs into clear, effective solutions.
Leverage Power BI: When needed, use Power BI to create supplemental visualizations using Salesforce and external data sources.
Enable Users: Provide user guidance, brief training sessions, and documentation to promote self-service reporting and enhance data literacy across the team.
Consult and Advise: Act as a trusted reporting expert during the engagement — coaching team members and recommending improvements to data and reporting processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, with a focus on advanced reporting and dashboard creation.
Solid understanding of Sales Cloud objects and relationships (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, etc.).
Proven ability to translate business questions into insightful, data-driven reports.
Experience using Power BI or similar tools for cross-platform reporting.
Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification (asset).
Experience in a professional services or consulting environment (asset).
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem-solver able to adapt to shifting priorities.
